Relax spell is the new kind of OP skill. It's so OP it even relaxes girls to a point where they fall for you and won't let you go.

Not to mention it's effectively telling a woman to "calm down" and them actually calming down instead of going ballistic on you. I have been in enough relationships to know this is by far the most overpowered magic known to man.

I know it looked like that, but that's not what happened.
When going by the manga, they were smitten by him BEFORE getting the spell used on them.
They also weren't this pushy in the manga... In fact, no one was this "extroverted"(I guess) in the manga at all and were far more realistic in their reactions as well. It's kind of annoying what they've done here, actually.

That's the thing when changes in anime doesn't go with the source materials.

I felt like watching Isekai Smartphone v2 (but without the smartphone). Since this anime airs on Sundays, I guess I might finish it, otherwise I'd probably drop it.

Funny enough, I found Smartphone more enjoyable than this since it at least has some plots (yes, it has) and the girls are not as thirsty. 10 yo girls dragged a boy to their bed feels hella wrong, no matter how you want to defend it (and the reverse is true).

It's the opposite for me. I think I prefer the comedy setup here rather than the comedy setup in Smartphone.

It softly reminds me that we still have something to look forward to every year,if not every season.
"Your Name" and other "real life lookalike" dramas like "bunny girl senpai" arent as fun to watch as a lighthearted shows like Smartphone or this one or the wholesome isekai with slimes working in a laundry.
Every show have its place if there is no "only one type of show"(either drama or isekai,doesnt matter) per season.
